Retainer Arrangements

Our retainer agreements are for a minimum of two hours of services, with the expectation that one of those hours will be used to check on your existing automations and resolve any problems before they hit home.   An added benefit with this sort of arrangment is that any unused time can be forwarded to the next month.  Let's suppose that you've got two automation processes in motion.  Assuming that your retainer agreement started in February and it's been going along nice and smooth with no headaches for five months.  Assuming we've used 45 minutes a month and our agreement is for two hours per month you've got six hours and 15 minutes coming to you.  That's almost enough to build another process. and it's already paid for.  This accumulation resets every year so if you've gone for a year with no hiccups, you've got another automation coming.    maintaining your existing automations can be complicated and time consuming but we'll also use up to half your upcoming time if you've paid annually.  If not we'll bill you at the agreed rate for any services beyond the amount of time specified in your retainer agreement.  With our retainer agreement, the expectation is that your dedicated automation expert will follow up with you by email monthly to review, update, and address any issues that may arise with your automation systems. This proactive approach helps prevent any disruptions in your workflow, saving you time and money in the long run.
