Clean Cut Lawn Service

Clean Cut intended to expand into commerical parking area cleaning and maintenance.  While it had a modest set of residential clients expanding into the commerical business would take an entirely different approach.  We started with the addresses of his current residential clients and then determining what nature of client they had room for.  Using google maps to determine the businesses in a given area we were able to build a list appropriate for them to market to.  The manager simply went by the locations and took pictures without even getting out of his truck.  These pictures were cross referenced for address information, cold emails when out followed by a quick phone call or stop off.
